  1. You know the drone thing will drive my nephews nuts. Being fathers themselves, I just gave them a reason to do father/son stuff together, but, I want the little Neanderthals to drive their dad's crazy with them, the way they did uncle ScottySabres when they were that age. So, I'm passing down a family tradition 😉
  2. I'm pretty sure teams have played players so trade partners can get a look at them at the NHL lvl. But ya, merely a deduction based on assumption.
  3. Did they send Kulich back down? Wondering why Rosen is getting the longer look? They show casing him perhaps?
  4. Things that are awesome? Have 4 great nephews, ages 13, 9, 8 and 1, along with 3 nephews (the great nephews kids dads respectively). So, the 13, 9 and 8 year Olds, they're getting drones for Xmas, why not, they are at that age. But, for an additional 100 each, I got 3 additional drones with a bunch of replacement parts, batteries, blades, so on. So that's 6 drones, 25% off for veterans discount, 20% off for my purchase of 3 or more and a $1,400 Xmas palooza Bill turned in to $821 after taxes and shipping. Took the $600 in savings and bought 2 portable grill/griddle units at $189 each after $60 off in coupons from Dave's Camping World. For the 2 daughters and their chosen knuckle draggers to enjoy for camping excursions. Ya, that was Awesome.
  5. "Pegula Bonds" 🤣 That's an instant classic right there. 👏 Just get the 2 points team! Go Sabres!
  6. I don't know nothin' bout no university presidents, and quite honestly, no fuqs given about what academia elites are spewing out of their pie holes, but our NFL teams coach using a group of sociopathic mass murderers as an analogy of anything good in an attempt to train our players is like straight out of a Twilight Zone episode. Like, for real.....W.....T.....F????
  7. Awesomeness 👌 Like, Legandary Awesomeness!!! Well done,Well done 👏 👏 👏
  8. I'm just now taking all this in. The wife is the Bills fanatic in the house. When she said a couple days back McDermott is an idiot, I agreed and said he can't leave soon enough. But I honestly thought she was talking about his in game decisions. Holy Kurfuffle Juice Batman, this guy's out of touch all the way around. My God, I can't believe he's still the coach.
  9. They played a complete game. Mitts was just unreal at the end there. I'd like them to keep it going. But good win last night, well earned.
  10. Of course, but their are some that don't speak balloon knot joy, thought I'd interpret is all.
  11. I actually believe Boston played extremely light, given their normal play. I really wonder if NLHPA and owner ship conversations about the Sabres are monetary driven.....a "let them take a game" mindset.
  12. No kidding. The wife and I were looking at 217. We opted out. Decided not to spend money on misery.
  13. So happy holidays to all. I just dropped my entire bank account on outddors portable grilling gear and drones for the kids and grandkids. To give context, it took me 2 years to save for 4k worth of Xmas gifts. A big ***** YOU to Terry. I would have bought season tickets, for the family, in the 200 section, but......you have ***** us enough, my ***** actually hurts from your repeated ram riding. Therefore, my children will now cheer for waffles.
  14. Be competitive for 30 min instead of 20......baby steps. Not expecting a win, but any sign of life in the first 10 minutes of the 1st period would be.......progress?
  15. I hope he immediately joins the fans and starts boo'ing the team.
  16. I think your right. In more ways than one. Remember the nose and glassed disguise bit in the GDT a few nights back? You commented it's McDermott, well, the Bills defense gives up late game winning drives, the Sabres defense gives up early game drives. Is there a chance McDermott pits on the nose and glasses while driving from the stadium to the arena? Hmmmmm......
  17. I didn't say it was great, I said it's had a bit of a Renassaince in response to your comment that it's dying. Yes brick and mortar are closing, that's happening nationally to many large and mid cap cities, welcome the the age of the internet, where you can shop from home, without having to travel in to an actual store/shop. This isn't a Western New York only situation. As I said, that's happening everywhere.
