They shut down my schematics class last night, one of the students tested positive yesterday. I'm currently in route to a rapid test site. That particular student was notorious for not wearing their mask in class. What a bummer 😞

Good news bad news. Good news, jerseys from One Shop Buffalo shipped. Bad news, I can't find a size 54 Eichel Authentic retro reverse jersey anywhere. Any info on how to snag one greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Ordered a 54 Eichel and a 42 Skinner for my daughter and son-in-law. Surprising how fast these went given the current circumstances economically. Had to order the 54 Eichel from NHL shop, the 42 Skinner from One Shop Buffalo. But, both have been confirmed and it looks like they'll be here before Christmas. Told my significant other I'd like one as well lol, we'll see how she rolls with that. Last year I targeted 7 of the 50th Jersey's, got 4. Don't see that happening this year, but, I dropped the hint anyways lol.

I hunt primarily out of Lyndon Center and Hume, NY. But I occasionally get the seasonal permit for the backside of Letchworth, problem is I'm getting a bit old to pack out the meat if they run drone in to those deep ravines and runoff cuts. Arthritis showed up about a year ago on right foot and 2 fingers on hand. Suppose I should finally get that addressed. But this year, both bow and opening weekend for gun you can tell the DEC is going to have to take action on the nuisance tags to the farmers, between them and the heavy Amish presence appearing down in both Cattarugus and Alleghany counties the herds are getting mighty thin. Saw a small rack typical 6 point tonight, just let it roll 9n by as I'm hoping he helps bring some stability to the numbers.

Why not just play it safe and cancel the entire season? I miss hockey as much as the next fan, but with covid numbers climbing and what appears to be some resistance from the players on adjustments, not pointing fingers, just following where the information out there takes me, why not just shut her down until next October. Seems to be the common sense choice, at least at this time, no?

Sabres Sign 2020 First Round Pick Jack Quinn to ELC
Scottysabres replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Ordering 2. For my daughter and future son in law. They look good. -
Great game. Hell of a hail mary catch for Hopkins. Not at all unhappy, was thoroughly entertained. No looking back, on to the rest of the season and hopefully a division title.

Interesting if it's a multi-player scenario from both clubs. Money wise, take your pick on players, it looks close to a wash. But term and control I would think favor Calgary on some of the suspected players, no?
-
Didn't say.

Jimmy Murphy, a Bruins reporter has Buffalo as one of a handful of teams who have or still are talking trade with Calgary. Mentions Hanifin. Not familiar with Murphy, seen his name a couple of times, but Dreger follows him, but appears to at least bolster Sanrespravda information.

Very nice win. I like that.

Pissed off neighbor today using my lawn mower to sling leaves. He's a canuck Maple Leafs fanatic, so any chance I get to go balls deep on him, consider it "my pleasure". Today was throwing the "leafs" in his yard day, dressed like this, as he stared at me with his "evil eye"......🙂

I loved these.

Goalie. With what sabrespravda posted a week or so ago and Dreger now saying it maybe something happens, we can hope, right?
-
Dreger on hockey insider saying Calgary is exploring trade market for RHD.
-
Lock him up to 3 seasons at 3.5 or so a season, at least, I'm hoping those are the numbers.
-
This is what I see happening as well. Both Hutton and Ullmark go to market next off season cements my belief a trade of some magnitude is coming.

Where does that put us cap wise, 75 mil?
-
Nothing has actually changed for myself in any event. I still suspect he gets moved.

Buffalo Possible Frontrunner to be a Hub City in NHL Return
Scottysabres replied to Brawndo's topic in The Aud Club
Here's to hoping Buffalo is that Hub spot. It would be good for the exposure, at least, we all tell ourselves that every time one of these "pick Buffalo, pick Buffalo" scenarios shows up. And it seems nice, until...... Some personality shits all over the city or region in an interview or social platform comments. That's when the angry mom protecting her child syndrome kicks in, or so it seems anyways. But still, I'd like Buffalo to be a Hub city. -
Ok, Kahun still not signed. Does anyone find this a bit unusual? Like maybe something has to happen arbitration or trade wise first? Curious.

Sounds reasonable. However, I believe the clock has struck midnight on Sam. I don't believe he'll be a Sabres when the season starts to be honest, and here is my reasoning...... Olofsson, although a lefty, can play the right side, is surely going to be a cheaper contract and can be signed with 2 or 3 years of term (we'll get to why the term is important in a moment)l Given the rumored trade talks with Calgary from one of our own board members who has called information correctly in the recent past, I believe a top 6 forward and goalie were the topics of discussion?, I do not believe Gaudreau or Monahan were the forwards targeted by the Sabres, I believe it is Lindholm, and the reason is simple, he's a right handed shot, same as Sam, only, on a reasonable contract, and I believe Rittich is the goalie. Buffalo would be sending one of their RHD's I suspect as well. An actual Hockey trade, a top line RW and a 3/4 RHD for a top line RW and a goalie. I can see this happening, and here is my reasoning mentioned above, Buffalo is drafting right hand shot RW's, sign Olofsson to a 2 or 3 year contract, bring in Lindholm and Samson becomes expendable, if no other reason than continued cap control. Why? Because I believe Buffalo plans on re-signing Hall and solidifying the top 2 line LW position with Skinner and him, they also plan to solidify the top 2 center position with Eichel and Cozens eventually. The right wing looks to be the cost control mechanism, if, and I understand if, they plan on re-signing Hall. I can't see why they wouldn't given his age and production potential. I'm probably wrong, but it appears to make some sense. Stabilize the cost, keep scoring talent together for a bit to show Eichel the organization means business on winning, leaves room for Dahlin contract, and flexibility to bring in other components.
