Just checked a few different weather sites, weather, accu-weather (local) and Yahoo, all 3 are saying 45% rain/snow by game time and 50% snow by 9pm, winds 13-15 with 20 gusts. I am going to say the slick conditions and low moderate wind speeds favor the Bills passing game over the Ravens running game, it also favors Bass in the kicking game I'd surmise given Baltimore's kicker is good, but he hasn't played in the swirling winds of the Ralph. Interesting. Washington doesn't suffer the same issue, I'm going to say it's roster building and coaching that are the issue. Just a hunch, but after years of this nonsense, not far off the mark I'd wager.

Been this way in Buffalo for a number of years now. GM's and Coaches come and go, the tie that binds? The same philosophy on addressing the roster, there was only 1 that was different at GM, Tim Murray. Not that I was sold on him, but, he was different in philosophy, he was much more aggressive at player acquisition.
