I haven't watched a lot of games this year but I have watched games and the consistent problem I've noticed is a lack of effort by players. IMO, lack of effort is completely unacceptable and it should absolutely be called out. ***** this team. You wanna collect that big paycheck? Either play hard or listen to the criticism. There should be repercussions for lack of effort.

My wife thinks I'm crazy but I shut the volume off during the games because of them.

Can't wait to go to the game on Monday. Literally strong-armed in doing so. This team sucks so bad I'd rather pay to NOT attend.

What boggles my mind is the fact that this team was on the verge of making the playoffs last year and has regressed so much this year. I could understand this happening with a group of aging players that are falling off the proverbial cliff but these were supposed to be young up and coming players that were poised to hit the next gear.

Based on the the second half of his season I knew this ***** was going to be a reason the Bills would not get far if they did make the playoffs. ***** him.
