5 years we've heard this GM say he wasn't good enough, how many more years does he have to tell Terry he's not good enough before he finally fires him? Seriously Adams is a genius, to be this bad at your job for 5 years straight and you may actually get promoted, that's some next level ***** right there. The players are just as bad as Adams though, 1st it was inexperience, then they thought it was going to be much easier, now it's not doing enough in the offseason and again like the GM, these guys keep failing and he keeps handing out contracts like candy (Although I liked the Greenway/Zucker deals). So we already know Adams will make Levi the annointed #1 goalie in the offseason he all but said it in the press conference. So instead of making this kid earn it we're just going to hand it to him. This team will never go anywhere with Adams as GM.

If Dallas can get passed their nemisis Colorado I think they win it all but how cool would it be to not only have Ovechkin beat Gretzky's goal record but to win the Stanley Cup also?

Norris wasn’t even a top line center in Ottawa but he is automatically the guy here? I’d still be looking for a top line center especially with the injury history that plagues this guy imo.

Not doing a single thing in a 13 game losing streak is unacceptable from the GM not making a trade to the HC not changing things up, failure from the top to the bottom.

We have a clown show in the front office with no idication after 5 seasons that Adams has any clue what he's doing and will now be given a 6th year. There is no way imo that this team makes the playoffs as he continues to roll with the same 2 goalies and expecting different results. The only way we turn this around is basically like the Bills, Pegula gets lucky and hires a legit GM.

1. Fire GM Kevyn Adams and all assistants 2. fix the defense- Trade for Weegar (CAL) and Gudas (ANA)- Deal Byram and Samuelsson, do what we need to do in order to land a #1 C since I think it's completely unrealistic that Marner would come here and I even think he'll use Buffalo to get a better deal with a contender imo. 3. Upgrade Krebs, Lafferty and Quinn with all better 2 way forwards. 4. Add a legit #1 goalie, I just cant trust the UPL/Reimer combo since it wasn't working in the beginning of the season and I'd leave Levi in the AHL for another season.

He can 100% be upgraded and should be. I like that he is having a year but like so many on this team it’s all when the team has nothing on the line. I’d like to see what Kozak can do as we already know what Krebs brings to the table imo.

How about fix the defense? We need a top 4 for certain. Also a top 6 forward (a top line C). A top goalie in case Reimer is just a fluke which is very likely. He has plenty to do for a team that hasn't made the playoffs in 14 seasons and counting.

If our HC would have put reimer in when the team was struggling we could be in the playoff race for once which makes this even more incredibly frustrating.
