4 periods since we scored last... several games since someone not on scoring line #1 has put one in

Our goaltending is like night and day over last year... our defense has the potential to be top 5 in the league... in one off season we have one elite line our 4th line is great defensively We just need phase 2: another stud center and scoring winger. We also need more skill on 3rd line which the kids should fill next year.

I am confident JBot sees all this and is measuring us year #2. Unfortunately losing O Reilly really hurting us in games like these. I know there were reasons he had to go but now we have to find a true #2. St Louis the clear winner of that trade so far. Move Mitts to #3 and let him develop.

Our struggle against this team is mystifying.

He’s now on the wrong side of 30 and a slower player. If he wants to continue getting nice checks most of us will kill for, he’d best carve out a niche as a 3 or 4 defensive center man.
