Plus Addison, Murphy, and Hughes can’t get there. Need massive upgrades at DE and LB. No pressure on the QB’s. Losing Star to opt out and not resigning Phillips was obviously a big loss.

If we just had a decent power play the trash team last year might of made the cut on that alone. With a strong top 6 and probably a vastly improved power play, no reason to think we won't get in the playoffs albeit if we address the goaltending situation.

Looking at the bigger picture and KA addressed our center problem and penalty killing, while adding an elite winger to the top 6 which should also pay dividends on the power play. We just need another goalie. Can't complain honestly. Oh and JBot was a really bad GM.
