My fear with Ralph from the beginning was he was a supposed "motivator" but not a strategist (see Trotz). We need a coherent and adaptable x and o's guy who can mold these guys into a system to fits who they are.

The math is simply too much. They would have to go on an unprecedented run to get a playoff spot. We can't even score more than 2 goals in a game anymore. The more pertinent question should be, could we finish last in the league? That is way more likely.

The tank team was expected. I have been a fan since my childhood in the 70's. I have seen some bad seasons but I have never witnessed the complete lack of compete and losing culture like I am seeing now.
