Look at it this way: watching them beat the Flyers in their first SCF victory must have been sweet.

Well, on 67, yes and no. I lost my dad back in 2010 and he was 67. Then again, he had been in poor health for a number of years, and having coffin nails for a vice didn’t help. So, sorry for the digression. 67 used to be “old” decades ago. He was definitely a cog in that machine.

I haven’t been able to watch any of the games this season, so I have to trust everyone else’s assessments of what the Sabres have put forth this season. Having said that, someday, we will see a light at the end of the tunnel. I just don’t know when that will be. It is depressing to be stuck in the Valley of the Shadow of Death for so long.

Ugh! I never liked the slugs! And yet, the irony is that those slugs had more backbone and toughness before OSP sold the team. As for the Goat Head, I loved it! I still love it. It was still a product of its time, though. And, sorry for opening wounds and pouring salt on them, but it was the team logo the last time the team was in the SCF.

Nah. Let them languish. Dig that barb-wire wrapped toy in a little deeper on them and give it some twists, since they’ve done it to us.
