Well, he needs the calder cup thats for sure. But no, he dont need more seasons in Rochester. If Ullmark doesnt become our starter next season im gonna be pissed. Ullmark our 1st, Halak on backup, that is what i would like to see. Regarding NYR listening on Zuccarello, i would fkn jump to the moon if we got Zucca, this guy is incredible. Give Zucca a good center and he will score the living sh1t out of teams were facing, he is sooo talanted. Edit: Zucca played in MODO same time as Ullmark did, it was a god d4mn plesure to watch, he can do the most magical stuff with his stick. Trade Kane for Zucca, that would be a bless for our team.

I can see the frustration in his eyes, he knows that litterly everyone had and still has big hopes for him to become what his bigbrother has become and more to that, together with injuries and a bad self esteem id say unless he gets the right mentor in near future his career might go down the drain. The kid has enormous presure on him, his father was a big name in NHL, and now his big brother is a important key in NHL, easier said than done to live up to this unless u have the right mentor which i dont believe he has.

Rochester has 3 losses in a row now since Ullmark and Ghule was pulled and sent back. Not good eventhough all teams has their ups and downs, but its fair to say Jbot should not have messed with their mojo.

He is young, some young people easily feel they dont fit eventhough they actually do. I think he has issues with himself, his confidence is hurt and he most likely has huge presure on himself looking up to his big brother and how he is performing. Time will tell ofcourse but it does not look promising looking at Rochester that is litterly on fire this season, one would think he also would be. I honestly believe it is his mind that is set on wrong path atm. Edit: This is exactly what happened with Markus Naslund, former captain of Canucks. Finally he was called up to gm who asked wtf he was doing, and he said "Well, its ok i can go home" Respons was basicly, "No way Markus, stop what ur doing and start playing like you know you can" Boom, voila. Ofc its sounds easier said than done but i strongly believe as stated above, that Alex is trying to play like someone else and not him self and it keeps destroying his confidence without knowing whats really going on.

I agree, I think they have created something really good down in Rochester, Ullmark is a part of that and i think he really wants to win it all with Rochester to end his 'rochester era with pride.
