Allen looks like a quarterback who feels he has to carry this entire team on his back. That fumble wasn’t carelessness — it was him trying to do too much, giving everything he had for everyone else.

To really put things in perspective — the Bills are on the verge of going 2-3 in their last five. That’s not what contenders do.

The Bills’ defense is absolutely depleted by injuries, and Brandon Beane’s inactivity at the trade deadline only makes it worse. He didn’t need to swing for a blockbuster, but adding quality depth to the defensive line was a must. Standing pat was a mistake.

Going for it on 4th and 2 at midfield in the first quarter was a terrible decision by the Bills. Way too early in the game to take that kind of risk — flip the field, trust your defense, and play smart football.

Sabres spending 93% of salary cap is certainly enough to put together a team that can qualify for the playoffs. But dude, Pegula put forth $170 million to harbor center. Give the guy some credit. Pegula kept the franchise in Buffalo.

It all comes down to this. Pegula cannot hire the right management. He cannot. Pegula is putting all the cash foreword necessary, but the wrong decision makers are making the decisions. It’s a disaster. Buffalos Sabres hockey is so tough to watch.

I already said it, but it’s quickly becoming a go through the motions type team. One player at a time. A snowball effect.

Sabres seemed to play with more fire and more be sure to play your position. Last 2 games Buffalo has become more and more of going through the motions and not doing the extra.

Kuemper certainly stood on his head last night. After two periods, Buffalo’s scoring chances were ahead of the Kings shots on goal. On most nights like that I like to think the Sabres would capitalize and be in the lead by a good amount. And yes, the PP was incredibly bad.

Team can’t finish great opportunities. Going to be another long season.

This can be said about any losing team in the playoffs. Bills have 4 straight division titles. Defense played a huge role in that.

I’ll disagree with this one. The Bills defense has been one of the better in the NFL in recent years. Right decisions had to be made to achieve that.

Ultimately, Adams moved back three spots in the first round for a fourth line forward. Fire the guy. He’s afraid to pull the trigger. Adams is not the guy to take the team to the next level.
