No, Adams has been filling that role and Terry has been enacting final say whenever he wants to pretend to himself that he cares Adams is probably *moving* to POHO. There’s no reason it would be a position that gives his strategies a second try. Otherwise what is the point? The shifting of Jarmo to GM suggests it’s his turn at the wheel and that the GM is the one steering the ship
