    I was under the impression he was to NY or the Sabres had to pay a lot. Much like McGinn and free agency. Either scenario with GMTM there would be something at the end of the day for the Sabres.

    This trade is everything I wanted Darcy to do and never did. Fall in love with just good enough talent and hope for the best. GMTM did the trade because of everything SDS just posted. Nothing personal about it. Just building a winner using proven models. I quite understand the emotional attachment to Jamie from many posters. But that emotion doesn't win, it gets you a core of nice players.

    Wow !! Thought I would wake up to spilled beer, empty whiskey bottles, and the dried splatter of puke on the toilet bowl this morning in this GDT. No Full House? Lots of hockey talk? Late night Denny's run? I understand it's tough to do back to backs, but we have Edmonton on Tuesday. Pace yourselves people. It's a post trade deadline and game should be a high scoring affair (7 combined goals?). I expect more Sofia Viagra and less Mike Robitaille in the next GDT! In all seriousness, good GDT for as late as the game was. Watched the first and fell a sleep half way through the second. Nice read this morning. Personally, I side with those that believe Jamie should be traded.

    I would like to commend all those that stay awake for these games and post during them. They are the best next morning read of any of the 82 games the Sabres play each year. Drunk SS posters are my fav :wub: . This is the latest start time I believe that the Sabres have ever had. I expect great things come Sunday at 7 am when I fire up the interwebs. No pressure.

    Can't we piss everyone off and do a little of both? Little bigger nets, little smaller goalie pads? Let's face it, it's the NHL. Pissing everyone off is their main goal. They'd come thru in flying colors with this approach.

    If been caught twice now doing it. No clue as to the actual amount of times it's happened. I blamed it on stress but Mrs. Racer wasn't convinced. I told Mrs. Racer I wish I was falling down drunk when I did the *antics*, at least I knew how to resolve the problem. It's scary being the sleep walker. I believe Mrs. Racer googled and found a simple but effective remedy for me. She will rub a little "Stress Reliever" lotion from Bath and Body on my neck and shoulders at night. I generally will sleep better, reducing the stress.

    Yes. But we where in it for 60 minutes without him or Ennis. They didn't toy with us. Respect was there. No mistake or they win (Sabres). The last 5(?) years. I would never say this.
