    Standings wise yes. With the holdover of Gionta Weber Foligno and Dlo, definitely yes. When we have a few 10 25 guys on the third and fourth lines I will expect progress against the rest of the league. A player can bring a heavy game or grit til the cows come home but if you can't score ( forwards) or prevent scoring ( defense and get) then this team will not progress against the league points wise.

    Jack is very good, Auston will be very good. Laine and Pujo project to be very good. Not really a debate and I think Jack's attitude makes him a good fit here. By all accounts Matthews is a great kid so he should be a good fit wherever he lands. Take the BPA you can. You can choose who to keep afterwards.

    I am taking it to mean that every other team would trade their #1 for ROR. I don't believe that and I don't think you do either. ROR is a fantastic player, but I think he is being prematurely canonized.
