  1. Probably would like to be somewhere he or his family can drive back and forth from at any time
  2. My big reason for placing a ton of blame on the team for most of this stuff is because the way they've acted and talked. They've signed and drafted a ton of guys with character issues and gave huge money to a few. I've wanted the franchise to cut the crap and not be afraid of these types of players, but they took it to a new level and almost seemed like they were actively seeking those types. And then they talked about not muzzling players and letting them be who they are, yadda yadda... If you're going to do that you've got to own it and be ready to preach discipline or else this happens. Dareus = some blame on coaches for not preaching more discipline (in fact it's been the opposite), blame on Whaley for handing out All-Pro money to a player who now has two suspensions for three separate incidents (two positive drug tests and the drag race or whatever the got him suspended last season and saw him end up in court) Lawson = mismanagement. I still love the pick but the team was either extremely dishonest throughout the process or didn't do enough preliminary work before the draft because they changed their minds on surgery once they saw him on the field (and have denied that there was any reinhury during minicamp) Lawson = domestic violence? Ugh. him. I'm sure the team had no possible way of seeing that one coming, but it's still not a a good look. Ragland/IK = literally nothing the team could do about either. No fault there.
  3. There's a reason the team is getting fined for having multiple players with their second positive. You have to have control. Some players are uncontrollable, but Whaley gave Dareus a HUGE contract and now he's sitting out four games. If you can't control the player don't pay him. He meant not enough players to field a team as in we've got a ton of guys hurt or suspended right now. Not about talent level.
  4. 100% playoffs or bust for Rex and Whaley. This is out of control.
  5. If that's true it would eliminate Chicago, too.
  6. He's got far more talent than Hardy ever had. "He's got more talent in his pinky..." Your last line is my entire point, though. Worth the useless asset it took to land him.
  7. Marcell Dareus suspended four games, per Adam Schefter. Tim Graham reporting Manny Lawson could face a one-game suspension for a domestic violence incident (if true and he committed the crime, cut him)
  8. The Titans dealt Dorial Green-Beckham to Philly for a backup guard. This is a move I wish we would've made. DGB has a ton of talent and is a big-bodied WR that we haven't had in years. He had troubles in college off the field and apparently struggled to pickup the playbook in Tennessee (which is why they dealt a productive second-year WR in the first place) but with the right coaching he could be a star.
  9. Jimmy Vesey thinks Harambe deserved to die
  10. After getting some love on Ballers two weeks back they took all the love back. Ex girlfriend of the star WR says "the culture in Western New York never changes" and essentially says there's nothing to do in Buffalo when he's considering Buffalo over New Orleans.
  11. JFC the Rangers are pulling out ALL the stops. Since he's not a free agent yet this has to be tampering, right?
  12. Bills cut Leonard Hankerson
  13. The only issue with a post count bet is that it'll influence how people post (probably). Get a lot of garbage posts for those who guessed high.
  14. We should take some bets on which post will be the announcement on Vesey's signing. Winner gets to pick avi's for the rest of the offseason?
  15. It was a qualifier and all three had already qualified by being ahead of the pack so none of the official times mattered.
  16. The tank was about Jimmy Vesey all along Interestingly just last night while watching women's volleyball my wife said something and something else and a bunch more stuff that I didn't hear because my eyes were glued to the tv then she handed me divorce papers.
  17. Source? Please cite with proper links.
  18. Schefter: Former Falcons veteran DE Kroy Biermann is on his way to Buffalo to sign a one-year deal with the Bills, per source. Was a fan favorite in Atlanta for a while and many thought he'd turn into something special. Never did but he's got some ability and is versatile. Solid addition for pass-rush depth.
  19. I'm not wearing short, I'm wearing pants ........ But yes, there is sand in them.
  20. If by "found this article" you mean Bob McKenzie and TSN tweeted it out this morning as a reminder then correct. Dreger: Vesey watch getting the juices flowing. Sounds like Tor, NYR, Chi, Bos, Buf and NJD remain strong contenders, but most teams will call Tues.
  21. Anybody catch Stranger Things yet? It's a fun and unique show. Netflix original mostly driven by children in the show. Soundtrack is perfect, too. Good 80s feel. I've got two episodes left but have really enjoyed it thus far.
  22. Hughes did not have a similar decline last season. He was the one so many pointed at as a product of those around him when his contract talks were going on. Turns out that narrative was shattered last season. He is the ROR trade for the Bills.
  23. Since their actual rankings are behind a paywall here's an article that references it: https://www.profootballfocus.com/pro-offseason-to-do-list-for-the-buffalo-bills/ In the "Pass rush priority" portion of the article.
  24. The team was 8-8 last season with a piss-poor performance from Mario. I think they'll get better play from that slot regardless of who is playing there (Pro Football Focus gave Mario the lowest grade of any player at his position last season). IK, despite seeming destined for early playing time, is still a deep-bench depth player at best. It's worth worrying about Ragland and Lawson. Ragland was supposed to replace Bradham (who was solid but may have been surpassed in ability quickly by Ragland). Now it'll be up to Zach Brown and Brandon Spikes. Lawson will be out early but his position will still be better than it was last year before he even steps on the field (it can't get worse). Injuries suck, but I think the Bills have avoided the devastating ones so far.
