I didn't have to do gymnastics to fit my piles of cash (hehe I don't have any of those) through a loophole to "pay what's required." Trump and his minions did. There's effort involved in being a billionaire paying little-to-no taxes. Admittedly not enough effort because it happens too often.
-
Fair enough. But I've always been a little confused on calls to release 30,000 emails that allegedly contain top governmental secrets. If Trump wants Edward Snowden killed (his words) for releasing governmental secrets to the public how can he call for Hillary's emails? I think Hillary has owned the email issue. She doesn't back down from apologies on it and sat through endless hours of interviews/hearings on the issue. What she did was totally wrong, and it's pretty apparent she understands that (to me). I'm ready to move on until somebody can prove what she did led to actual notable damages.

Bailey, Baptiste and Carrier sent down so neither of them will be on the team. EDIT: Vogl reported Baptiste has been sent down, but he's not in the release. Was practicing exclusively with Rochester today, though.

This is all a fair point up until brought Hillary's emails (aka the one card anybody ever seems to play against Hillary without fail). The emails and Trump's taxes aren't related. The taxes are regular practice in presidential candidacy. Trump paying next to nothing in taxes while claiming developers are evil for hiding behind tax code and filing near $0 or negative incomes is the type of evil Hillary gets crucified for on the daily. Once again, any game you play against one you can play against the other. It's fair game to talk about one candidate without bringing up the other's evils. They're individuals with their own failures. If you want to call on Hillary's email while offering up something Trump has withheld he should be required to release electronic communications from a timeframe of choosing. There's no doubt there'd be some vile things (although it'd be par for the course at Trump's Greens). What of the child rape allegations against Trump that have slipped through the cracks of the media? Side note: Buzzfeed uncovered a sex tape Trump made a brief appearance in. It opens with Trump breaking a bottle of champagne over a Playboy-branded limo. His appearance in it is "benign," as Buzzfeed mentions, but he has no fear in connecting himself with explicit content while "slut shaming" Miss Universe. Trump is the embodiment of destructive hypocrisy. He poses with community leaders in his office with his Playboy cover framed in the background. The man has no shame. The man has no brain. The man has no heart. And millions are voting for him.

This is (mostly) correction (it's 16-0 in international play including World Cup, World Championships and the Olympics). 16-0-0 with 17 goals allowed. Unreal.

A lot of people in the analytics community ignore strength of opposition. Which isn't totally unreasonable because if your stats are trash against the best players and that's all you're going to play against then it's totally irrelevant. But, I still think Risto is going to be fine.

Another WR who isn't playing anytime soon so that's probably perfect

Who, Ehrhoff? Maybe in Rochester.

Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie It looks as though UFA D Christian Ehrhoff, fresh off WCOH with Team Europe, is headed to BOS on a PTO.

No, this does not excuse the Bills impending 10-loss season.
-
I liked him coming out, too. All of those Tennessee WRs were big letdowns. He's probably a depth guy, but he does have some potential.
-
Bills placed Sammy Watkins on the injured reserve and claimed WR Justin Hunter off waivers.
-
Allen Robinson has got 15 targets twice in his career.
-
You wish Brock Oswiler throwing him the ball? :p Allen Robinson has performed like a star with the much hated Blake Bortles throwing him the ball. I agree QB is a big problem. And my thoughts aren't entirely based on his lack of availability which certainly makes it impossible to call him a star. He's just not the WR you want when you give up two firsts and a fourth or when you draft fourth overall. He's a step behind those players talent wise.
-
Still don't agree. I just don't see it. It's not something you can really prove or disprove because of how vague "star talent" is. Based on my opinion of what star talent is and what I think Sammy Watkins has in him, I don't see it. I also disagree with that no front office members in the entire league would agree, but I know K-9 was just being hyperbolic. He's not in the class of Julio Jones, Antonio Brown, AJ Green, Odell Beckham and DeAndre Hopkins. He's in the group behind that is very good but not star material.
-
OOOOOOOOOOOOO Blake Price @BlakePriceTSN 24m24 minutes ago Pierre Mcguire tells us the Ducks are in trade talks with an Eastern Conference team to unload a significant contract, and get room for RFAs
-
Cool catch. Does not indicate star talent definitively.
-
Sammy Watkins does not have star talent. He's a very good wide receiver, and he is a number one if he wasn't broken. But he's not a star talent. He just can't make the plays legitimate star receivers make on a consistent basis. The trade was atrocious. I don't think there's much debate over that anymore (I didn't think there was the second the trade was made, but we should be relatively unanimous on this thought now).

This was already addressed. Keep up, Liger!
-
Precisely. Neither are guys I want starting for my team in 2017 at the moment. Looking back at my comments the best credit I gave Tannehill was calling him a good QB based on the season he had just had. That season turned out to br a blip on an otherwise pedestrian-at-best career.
-
I did. He was, at one point, plenty serviceable and put up very good numbers early in his career. But it seems like Miami and the world so badly wanted him to be a Manning or Brady that he just got progressively worse until he turned into what he is now. He's a total bum now, no doubt. Knowing what I know now I would've taken Tannehill over Taylor at that same point still.

Crosby was the best player on any team during every single shift he played. He's on another planet. Marchand played well but was the main benefactor of Crosby and not anywhere near the other way around.
