Are you sure? I mean in some people's worlds, that goal never happened because they traded O'Reilly two weeks ago after concluding he couldn't play for Housley following 3 games.

We average 2.5 goals per game.

Goalies get contact all the time in the crease. That's not the standard. The standard is whether the the contact impeded the goalie's ability to play the puck. As D4rk bluntly pointed out, he got back in position! He just whiffed on the freaking puck! I mean, it's annoying, but I'm already over it. We're playing like the better team and I'm enjoying it.

Less money than what? They have more cap space than if they had kept Dareus. I really don't think so. Dareus didn't get dumped because of issues off the field, he got dumped because of issues off the field while being a total turd on the field. If he were playing as well as he was capable of, he wouldn't have been traded.

We have more money, but one less Dareus. His talent can't be replaced for the meager savings, but his production probably can be. I think it's likely a wash, to be honest.

No team plays 60 minutes like the way they can going full bore for 20. It just doesn't happen. "Have to play 60 minutes" is a meme-level myth. -
Bill Barnwell had a stat that Jones is on pace for the lowest reception percentage of any WR in the last 30 years or something like that. He's terrible. Football Outsiders' metrics had him as one of the worst WRs in the draft, as well, so it's not like it was unpredictable he may struggle. Let this be the last time we take a guy with a mediocre skill set from a small school because his position coach likes him.

As someone who was a huge Winston fan coming out of college (as player, not a person, obviously), I'm bitterly disappointed by his development. In fact, I'm not sure he's had any--he literally looks like the exact same player he was 3 years ago. Logan Thomas > Zay Jones.
