I'm not offering an all-encompassing autopsy on the season here, just making a passing comment in a GDT

Maybe I should have used a kinder word, but again, Tage played through an injury he shouldn't have (an admirable thing to do) and was not good for that stretch. Had he been healthy, we are probably a playoff team. I am just reflecting on this because it's sad we didn't get to see it play out, he would have been a Hart finalist.

The margin is just so slim that if we had replaced 20 games of injured Tage with 20 games of Hart Tage, it's hard to imagine not getting a couple more wins. To be clear, I'm not blaming Tage for being dogshit, he gutted through admirably.

I have grown to love Ray and Dan and they deserve to call this team on a playoff run as much as we deserve to watch one

I know he's hurt and probably wouldn't be playing if the games didn't matter but if Tage hadn't been dogshit the last 4 weeks we'd probably have made it in.

I'm not blaming Levi or anyone else, but this game was unfortunately not the exception to the rule that NHL goalie stats crater on the second night of consecutive starts. I don't like pulling the goalie on the power play, it scares the shooters.

The amount of pucks that go from firmly on sabre sticks in the d zone to clean, prime scoring chances against in less than 5 seconds defy belief
