I'm pretty sure he's sh*tting his pants.
He does have the Please Don't Get Hurt Jhonas Look on the bench

Jeremy Rutherford @jprutherford 21s
Miller will wear No. 39, Ott No. 29. #stlblues

Jeremy Rutherford @jprutherford 2m
Halak politely declined any elaborate comment, saying "it's still fresh." #stlblues
Jeremy Rutherford @jprutherford 40s
As he entered an elevator, Halak added: "You're getting a good goalie. Good luck in the playoffs." #stlblues

Ryan Miller @RyanMiller3039 17s
Thank you to everyone in WNY. For the last 12 years you have made Buffalo and Rochester a great place to live and play.Expand

David Pagnotta @TheFourthPeriod 2m
So the 1st domino falls in Buffalo... Sabres have half the team available, they're far from finished. Lots of teams liked Ott.
-
Chances that Stewart is on the move prior to Wednesday?
-
Craig Custance @CraigCustance 37s
Considering how hard it is to trade a goalie, that's a heck of a return for Tim Murray and the Sabres.

Slow down. Not done yet.
This is a test. This station is conducting a test of the Emergency Broadcast System. This is only a test
If this had been an actual emergency, you would have been instructed to tune to one of the broadcast stations in your area.

Picks and Prospects heading to Buffalo, the question is who?
-
We have all been expecting this, but it still is surreal
-
Miller on LEFT wing?
That is awesome!!

yeah, this team should be expected next season to be fighting for a playoff spot, not the #1 overall pick. There is no reason why they shouldn't be very active this summer in the FA and trade markets trying to improve them for next year. They won't be a cup contender, but the playoffs should be the goal, getting the foundation in place and having some place holders in spots for the time being until they find improvements
I agree with you. I don't like the 'Cup or bust' mentality. I want a competitive team year after year. With the draft picks the last two years, and a possibly loaded draft this year for the team, there are plenty of resources to fill the holes with.
I can agree with both of you on this, however I am okay with one more year of horrible hockey. The top of the 2015 Draft besides McDavid and Eichel is very deep and should be worth one more year of this.
I guess I am taking the Young Bull/Old Bull approach.

Everytime I see your name as the last post I get a little more excited that something has gone down! Keep up the good work on those tweets Corner (especially for those of us without twitter accounts/experience).
Agreed. 26CornerBlitz is a no nonsense information machine.
Thanks guys, the trade deadline rumors/discussions and draft talk is a lot more interesting than the games this season.
If the board ever needs additional moderators, 26CornerBlitz should be the first choice

Looks like Miller gets one final start in Buffalo tomorrow
-
I would love Kessel on the Sabres, but the combination of prospects and picks required to get him would be way to high.
Plus with his NTC, I highly doubt he would come here. Now if the Sabres draft McDavid or Eichel next Summer and can maybe sign his Sochi BFF, Patrick Kane that would change things.

So who plays in net Friday? Do they give Miller one last start at home in front of the home fans? Do they let him go out on the win he had last night?
I might Enroth is 1-0 in his last one games... Tough call.
I personally don't let Miller play another game.
Enroth, why risk an injury to Miller
-
Damn can we sign that linesman?
-
And Lucic will get the winner, right?
-
Myers got away with that one..
-
-
Weber and Myers..
-
Villie Leino plays without a stick, no one notices.
Fixed
