  1. We are supposed to be focusing more on safety, yet everytime someone brings up a safety concern, it's brushed off, and shoved to the back burner. I fear the day one of our fume hoods or something else goes...because that's a super bad hazard waiting to happen right now.

Yeah and they'll be looking for someone to blame then, just hope it won't be me :P

  2. my company is so focused on profit margin, they won't let us make necessary repairs, or invest in new equipment, and we are being forced to run with what we have and "make it work". We also won't invest in software upgrades, or add-ons that could improve our processes and procedures. This is starting to run me and a few of my coworkers into the ground. A lot of my coworkers are planning an exodus depending on salary actions in the coming weeks, as many of them have already gone and interviewed at other places.

Same at my job, several coworkers already left. Can't expect much when banks and an investment company hold 60% of your shares.

Sadly its also always the good people that leave us, in a market where your employee is your most valuable asset and your are known for your high standard of service that is just a killer.

Global players working at heavy losses in the western european market just to kill off my company.

Being outpriced by global players is what sucks the most, Quality of service doesn't matter anymore, just how much it costs, being told by clients everytime when they leave.

We loved the service, but we got an offer we can't refuse. Few months later they bitch about how much they miss us, and the competition lowers their price even more.

What is even more scary is I have a job (airport) where security and safety should be your number one priority, somehow cost cutting the way the competition does is just an accident waiting to happen.

  3. My personal wet dream.

Sign Callahan and Ott over the summer.

    2014 1st round pick

    Tank next year

Win Mcdavid and draft top 5 in 2015

Sign Patrick kane as a UFA.

by this time Grigorenko cements himself as our 2nd line center.

To be honest with all the talent we got coming i can see us easy having

    A real 1st line in 2016

but after that it will be like 2A 2B 3A

  4. Intriguing. Generally I like using a high pick to take the guy you want, even if it's reaching a couple of picks. BUT, if trading down a couple of picks still gets us a great player AND another spin at the Connor McDavid roulette wheel next year or another pick in that "better" draft, that doesn't immediately sound like a bad opportunity.

Ah, but who leverages a first in next year's draft to move up a couple of spots in this year's draft? Who does that?

Oilers and islanders have the right GM's for it :D

  5. Any chance that 80% of these guys will be gone next year?? Sick of the Lieno, Stafford, Tallinder, Foligno, Weber, McBain, Ellis, D'Agostini, Larson, Scott,Flynn and the rest of the AHLers!!!

Seriously, how many will we have to keep to field a team after begging free agents to come play here??

Just sick of the 4-5(or less) goal scoreres who show up once in a while.

to behonest still have hope for foligno and larrson , on a good team they won't be asked to be more than a 3rd line.
