  1. If their two top scorers were out and Olli and Mitts were healthy the game would have been closer for sure
  2. I didn't. Sorry 😞
  3. It's not a strange comment at all. And you are wrong. He was replying to someone else for the toughness part.
  4. So? Did you measure toughness and skill, too?
  5. Size is important, but so is speed and skill. It's all about balance. We seem to be more of a smaller, faster team now, while the Flames seem to have a much better balance of speed, size and toughness. They also sure throw a lot of interference for each other without getting penalized
  6. Oh well, in life some rain must fall
  7. And Hayden of all people is handed the best scoring chance of the night! 🤪
  8. And Calgary has some really great small players. They just look more physical than us
  9. We look physically out matched. I know a Granato likes a fast skating team, but does that leave us too small
  10. Roger Allan Crozier (March 16, 1942 – January 11, 1996) was a Canadianprofessional ice hockey goaltender who played fourteen seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Detroit Red Wings, Buffalo Sabres and Washington Capitals. During his career, Crozier was named to the NHL First All-Star Team once, was a Calder Memorial Trophy winner, and was the first player to win the Conn Smythe Trophy while playing for the losing team in the Stanley Cup Finals. He was the last goaltender in the NHL to start all of his team's games in the regular season, in 1964–65.
  11. Welp, this is going to happen to young teams
  12. I Calgary sure has that almost interference down pretty well
  13. Funny and good to see that Skinner actually has some chemistry with another player on the team. Him and Tage are jelling.
  14. Didn’t Craig Muni break Audettes knee twice? Then they played together
  15. My all time memory of Sabres - Flames games is Ric Seiling getting a horrible eye injury against the Flames and being out for a long time. I think that was at the Corral in Calgary
  16. She said she'd always been a dancer. Worked at 15 clubs a day. And though she thought I knew the answer, she knew, but she would not say
  17. We can dance if we want to
  18. I’m going to buy a new pick up truck next September. Like a Ranger or a Tacoma, short cab 4x4. Still looking but probably the Toyota
  19. We lucked out with cancer, lol. Toker proved a point that simply disgusted me this summer. Those people saying "oh, goalies just turn up unexpectedly," made me want to kick the cat (or just look at him slightly angrily) But they were right
