Yes I was going to point out that both got traded and then broke out looking at more of the top scorers...it's rare that any of them take 3 season or till 25 years old to break out. They usually start scoring in their first or second year guess it proves, everyone is different and matures into their best at different rates I'm still in belief that Cozens will become a really good player 20-25 goals per year and a capable top 6 forward

I started with Sam Bennett- 400 plus games in NHL before he broke out. Around the age of 25. 2) Sam Reinhart. Came into the league and was immediately a 20 goal scorer. When he hit 25 the number ratcheted up to 30 and in his 28 year old season he became a 50 goal scorer

Cause he's the forgotten prospect. almost all lists that ranked Sabres prospects had him ranked 15th or lower, which is criminal. He has been my favourite prospect since JJP and I thought he needs some recognition. i should give credit to Kris Baker who has also been very high on him over the last couple of years

Sure but I'm not sure it works like that. yes, in a perfect world a couple of months in AHL would be good BUT you need to entice him to come to Buffalo at a lower salary than what he would get in KHL. Could he request a one way contract where he can't go to AHL? maybe he starts off as the 13th forward? So doesn't necessarily mean you walk away from both Greenway or Zuckerberg? Then again, Let's not forget both are UFA's.

Maybe he will be better than one, if not both of those players by next let's not forget he has been playing for one of the top clubs in arguably the 2nd best league in the world. So not like he is coming in as a 22 year old from the ECHL or something

They are pretty good 5v5. UPL finds his game and the power play gets figured out how to be avg , they will make the playoffs

I don't think I have the energy left for this team. Obviously it's going to take Ruff to get this team playing like he wants. Weed out the players that can't or won't buy in. I just can't watch anymore while they try to figure it out hard to believe we are back to goalies being their biggest issue and that special teams are still a disaster I'll watch, if there is nothing else going on Baseball playoffs and Football will rank over the Sabres from this point forward - Even a matchup of titans like the saints vs Broncos depending on what I bet that night, I may even watch other hockey games over watching the Sabres I feel bad for people who cover this team. For example Kris and Matthew doing a livestream after the game, I think they do a great job but I just can't get myself to care anymore and tune in maybe, Lindy will get the ship righted sooner than I expect and I'll be back emotionally invested when he does Till then, I think we can all think of better things to do with our life rather than care about this disaster of a franchise Hope to be back soon but I have a bad feeling this could take a long, long, long long time until I give 2 shits about this team again

We can all blAme Dahlin, Cozens, Tuch or whomever you want but when your goalies can't make a save it's really the only thing that matters. obviously this rotation isn't working. Play UPL a majority of games and see if he can get in a grove
