I've seen him ranked way too low for long enough and I'm not going to take it any more.... Time for Poltapov to receive some accolades. He starts the KHL season on CSKA's 2nd Line with Vladislav Kamenev and Vitali Abramov CSKA is typically one of the KHL's best teams.
