Scott might be targeted by the NHL but you get rid of him and liberties will be taken frequently on the Sabres next season. The penalty on McCabe is pure BS. Solid check. The refs suck big time in this game. The way they are calling the game can lead to a brawl.

Miller is tanking at the wrong time. 4 losses in last 5 games. He gave up 4 goals in each loss.

Sabres must get goal scorers in the off season. Averaging less than 2 goals a game is brutal in an 82 game season.

The worst team in the NHL draws back goalies and the poorest ref crews.

Leino has bad luck scoring. He would miss on a break away to an open net.

I started playing goalie in 1970. I saw some gruesome injuries guys got when they played with out it. I wore a mask that is pathetic by today's standards.

He got scored on in the last game that way. Easy cross ice pass but when Hackett shifts right he opens up too much. It can be corrected thru training and practice.

The Sabres played rope-a-dope and almost made it out of the period. Still have a chance to beat the tank.

Hackett should have had that one. He left the 5 hole open too. The guy needs to work on it in the off season.
