For a group of guys playing for their NHL careers...this is a poor effort so far. 3 goals so easily scored. No one being moved out of the way. No hustle. Forwards drifting back instead of skating hard back on defense. Total defensive collapse. I can see easily 12 new starters next season.

Bad news: Sabres down 1-0. Good news: only 10 games left in the season.

To recap: Sabres hung tough. 6 penalties. 13 shots in the last 2 periods. Montreal Ole song is worn out. Subban is a total douche.

I doubt that this group will win more than 2 games this season. No effort or passion out on the ice. Where was the physical play? The hustle? They are auditioning for next season. I just don't get it.

CoHo is a NoGo. Shooting straight into the pads does not mean you will score.

There is no semblance of offensive cohesion. They play like this is a pick up game at Holiday Twin rinks

12 shots on goal. The goalie is a sieve and they still can not generate scoring chances against him.

That goal was too easy. He left the left side open. Definitely needs some work.

I look forward to a solid game by the Sabres. The chances of winning are not in their favor but stranger things have happened this season. IWill they win? Doubt it.
