He is# one on your trade list WAG....we know..lol...glad we did not trade him today for OV....he makes any line he plays with better..especially when the opposing team (montreal) has their 1st d pairing up against the pom line

Stafford..my hope would be Detroit for him. He could become what he was supposed to be for the Sabres playing their system. If it is it would be great if Lashoff came back as part of the deal. Pair him with Regehr and you have the beginnings of a stay at home shutdown pairing..

hope they keep vanek off the pom line..it would be interesting to see where montreal plays their shutdown line... my bet is it goes to the ennis, leino line.(there is some potential chemistry on the second line with vanek and a lot more space for leino and tyler).. i am hoping montreal uses their first pair on pom and cody. this could be another interesting game..like the lines
