Do you mean move McLeod's line to 2 or just him? I think this is an important distinction because combinations matter. It could be as simple as dispersing the minutes as Ruff sees fit, in game.

I'm not saying the Sabres are anything or that I know a darn thing about what we are - but it's nice to have you posting positive things. Winning is a heck of a thing. Obviously so is losing, but I think they're at least showing the team is worth giving some time before we condemn it.

I was flipping from the Sabres and Yankees, which drives me nuts but mostly because I can't get a good feel for how the Sabres are playing. If I'm not watching the Sabres exclusively, I can't capture the flow of our play. It's nice to see some of the recap from you all.

I think my soft fans comment proves out. We traded Savoie for McLeod, who you just posted as wanting to give 2C minutes to. Then complain we don't have centres and name Savoie. Our fan base has lost its ability to think clearly.

We didn't draft all of them to be or to project to be centers. So that's not the same as we've drafted many centers. Yes, if course Eichel is a POS. You know that. He's an excellent player for sure.

I still root for them and will always love the Sabres. I watch the majority of the games. I could never just flip to another team. The worst fans, IMO, are the ones that wouldn't care if Buffalo lost the team. Things aren't good, I don't know why and neither do any of us. Truly. There's times when I know expectations are and should be low. For me, I think we should be better than this. Maybe that's worse.

We traded a POS center, drafted very few centers, traded a decent center and don't know what we have at center. Just my take.
