I always thought that Buffalo need to keep one of their two goalie's. But I have faith they will find goaltending. That is the least of this teams worries. Plenty of goalie's out their and we have plenty already in the system that just aren't ready yet.

The Sabres have always found goaltenders thru-out their history. That will continue plus we have others coming plus you have the two in sweden. Then the talk about the possible BU goalie.

A total rebuild wasn't going to happen overnight but face it folks this draft was key. Last year was the start as we got the guy we wanted and now we need one of the big two. Reinhart and one of the big two should be ready to step in next year. Finishing with the 3-5 pick will probably continue another unwatchable hockey next year. But at least they would be more fun to watch with Reinhart or McEichel on the team.

Their are so many goalie's out there. I'm not worried about the goaltending situation. This team always finds a goalie.

That's how I feel, these last two years are unwatchable but if you land one of the big 2, throw in Reinhart, a healthy Kane plus whatever other prospect that could step into the lineup at least it would be fun to watch.

People think that Defenseman is going to jump right into this lineup if we pick 3. Yeah if he stood out in WJC but he didn't and I thought their were better defense on Team USA before him.

I highly doubt it. He didn't stand out in WJC and defense is alot tougher to play in the NHL.

You get one of the big two at the draft and the lineup looks a whole lot better and at least they will be watchable next year but you end up with the 3 pick you probably won't see him in the lineup for at least another 2 years. Which means another year of this crap! I'm not saying this thing is going to turn around next season but at least it would be worth watching. These last 2 years have been a total $hit storm to watch.

I would be thrilled to have the consolation prize. I'm all in for the big 2. Don't need another defenseman at 3. Marner is alittle on the same size and Strome is probably another 2 years away.

Yeah I know, the only good thing is that Dave Tippet will still have his players playing hard until the end. I'm with you

Stewart traded to whoever for 100 pucks and a shooting machine for goalie's

Darcy totally sold Maloney on selling off assets plus you throw in ownership issue's and you have a great situation in order for a rebuild.

If Doan is on the market, He is gonna be moved and then Arizona will complete the last minute Tank job.

I'm sure people will be upset if Murray doesn't get rid of these UFA's but if he makes calls or is receiving calls and nobody wants them what is he to do? Face it folks these UFA's we have aren't that great.

I will admit it as much as I want to see our UFA's gone that I just have a feeling that many teams aren't interested in most of our guys. Lets face it besides Stewart and Nievirth I wouldn't want any of the others if I were a GM. So it wouldn't surprise me at the end of the day that all are still here.

If Murray wants to complete the Tank then he moves all UFA's!

Okay it's a start now get rid of the others and lets complete the Tank! 3rd and 4th Liners can easily be replaced

People won't miss Flynn but at least he's ton better than Ellis

A 4th rounder probaby won't be playing in the NHL and even if he does it will be years away. Lets face it folks this team really doesn't need more picks but players that can play at the NHL level. If Murray is all about finishing 30th then he unloads all UFA's for next to nothing.

Wgr shouldn't even think about talking with Murray he needs to be working those phones and get these UFA's outta here.

Unless a miracle happens I just don't see any of our UFA's fetch anything of major value. At this point I don't trade Stewart for a 4th as I would rather them sign him. Why would you overpay for a guy that was in the coaches doghouse and has been on the down swing since Colorado days?

This wouldn't shock me because Murray said he was going to move the UFA's so if your another team why overpay!

That's what I'm thinking. So if Murray can't move any of them or say he does and Stewart only fetches a third then what? Just saying our UFA's aren't that great. I would be shocked if Stewart was traded to Rival Boston. He might have a better chance of going to Ottawa. Let's hope Buffalo isn't stuck holding these guys and getting nothing for them.

I agree I don't think many teams want our UFA's.
