I forgot to post this yesterday: John Murphy continues to recover from his stroke, and Chris Brown will be starting the season doing radio play-by-play for the Bills, as he concluded last season. I would assume that regardless of how one feels about Murphy's PBP abilities, we all are rooting for a complete recovery for the guy.

This assumes she wants to coach men's hockey, in which case, she should be an assistant on the Colgate men's team instead. The two versions have enough differences that she'll need some experience coaching men before moving to the pro level. (I suppose she might be able to gain that experience as an assistant-to-the-assistant in Rochester?)

I would have no problem if Adams signs Zadina to a one- or two-year low-value deal. Maybe Granato can work his magic. I also would have no problem if that doesn't happen. But it seems like a low-risk, high-potential-reward situation.
