  1. Most people think the Sabres were withholding ALL medical treatment out of spite.
  2. Who saw that coming?
  3. If true, it was a slick move to get Kevin Weekes to float the Tkachuk rumor.
  4. Don't be so sure. They just gave all STH'ers $100 in Sabres Store scrip.
  5. Actually I just emailed my ticket rep (giving you credit for the idea.) It's too good a move not to do.
  6. You should tweet that to the Sabres. If they hadn't thought of it yet it would be a good move.
  7. The Henderson Silver Knights wear chrome helmets. They look like Daft Punk.
  8. I guess if you asked Kevyn Adams for comment he wouldn't offer one?
  9. I flipped over to the Texas @ Colorado AHL game and their arena is full.
  10. Mersch with a goal. 4-3 Roch with 90 seconds to play.
  11. Malone on the PP. 3-3.
  12. 10 seconds later Sens go up 3-2.
  13. Jankowski ties it 2-2 early in the 3rd.
  14. Individually Twitter is noise. Add it all up and it becomes pressure and bad PR. Then throw in the one-sided presentation of ADR vs Fusion. You ask 100 people and 98 of those paying attention will tell you ADR is no big deal. But that fusion always leads to more surgeries. That's totally false but it's the "big lie" being repeated over and over in the Twitterverse. Why wouldn't people think that when that's the only thing they see reported? Fortunately for the Sabres, Kevyn Adams has not been influenced by these pressures so your point is valid. A lesser, weaker GM may have folded a while ago. But there is no question in my mind that most of the Eichel reporting is orchestrated by Pat Brisson through his favored media contacts. They don't call him "super-agent" for nothing.
  15. By naming teams and describing things as being on "the one yard line" it puts pressure on the Sabres if things are not on the one yard like from Adams perspective. Then there is the hawking of ADR surgery on Elliotte Friedmann's podcast to the exclusion of an opposing medical view. Plus there is the opining of pundits on the Sabres "denying Eichel medical care" which is totally false but being spun that way so low-information fans have a kneejerk visceral reaction. Just read Twitter to see what I mean.
  16. Absolute proof? Don't have that. Circumstantial evidence? Plenty. First, it's a given reporters work agents for scoops. And agents use reporters to float stories to help their clients. Then look at the lean of those stories. 100% positive for Eichel. Third, how many of those scoops panned out? None.
  17. Going to disagree on this. 95% of the news on Eichel the last year has come from his agents
  18. I don't want to lose to the expansion team that Jason Botterill now works for.
