My point is if Dahlin wants things to turn around fast, a new GM doesn't make it happen automatically, especially with all the negatives around this team.
Adams has his run and probably needs to go, but don't pretend a new GM magically turns this around on a dime.
This assumes that ownership is actively withholding and resisting improving the team.
