  1. To be fair, he’s an AHL vet(sort of). No reason you should know about him.
  2. I was banging the grit and sandpaper drum for 20 years. While the team isn’t anywhere near what I envisioned, Adams has mentioned not wanting to get pushed around. So he is cognizant of team physicality (hate that I just used that “word”) and knows it needed improvement. Whether or not Greenway, Clifton, Johnson and Stillman are enough is anyone’s guess. I’m glad Kevyn is trying to do something about it without adding a Ryan Reeves type player. He’s doing it within the structure of the team. The league is transitioning away from one dimensional pugilists. If it remains a problem, I’m confident Adams does something about it.
  3. This lineup screams, who wants to make this effin roster? Donnie throwing a bunch of pucks on the ice and tellin them to eat.
  4. Isn’t Kane’s recovery time similar to Quinn’s? So the Sabres would add 2 RW in December? Kulich & Rosen in the meantime? Idk…
  5. Nope. Just interviews and highlights. App is useless if you visit this site at all.
  6. I stream Direct tv and have the Disney bundle ($19 a month for Disney/Hulu/ESPN+). I got every game last season.
  7. You’re pregnant? 😎
  8. All will be simulcast during the Bills games
  9. Who’s your source? I don’t think any rational fan thought for a second that the ducks would move either of those guys. It’s like asking if the Sabres want to trade Dahlin or Power. (For a bunch of garbage as other posters noted)
  10. I ain’t concerned about me. I got 2 TVs in the mancave, possibly graduating to 3 soon. I’m genuinely interested in why the NHL would do this to itself. They are automatically killing the viewership for the Sabres Sunday. Is it financially negligible because it’s preseason? Attendance? I’ll be impressed if it’s 50% capacity. They either don’t care or have no idea it’s even occurring. I’m guessing on the latter as this league continues to blast itself in the foot in any type of promotional aspect.
  11. Oh yeah guilty pleasure song there as well
  12. Do all fanbases act like this with players in contract negotiations?
  13. So it’s the annual tradition of the NHL scheduling the Sabres at the same time the Bills are playing. So, this would have been a PERFECT opportunity to double dip you sports fandom and catch two road games from your favorite teams but the NHL can’t seem to help itself when it comes to scheduling. Why on Earth they picked 2pm for this game is far beyond anything I can comprehend.
  14. You live on a dirt road or one that hasn’t been paved in 50 years?
  15. That tv looks older than me
  16. They should fire her and let Stefon know. See, we ruined someone’s life. Satisfied? (I know she’s 100% at fault but the comment was innocuous at worst)
  17. While I agree with the basic premise, Harrington cannot help writing like he’s admonishing a child. It instantly makes me see red and lose interest in his writing.

    Tyson Kozak

Honestly, I have been forgetting how young he is. He’ll be interesting to watch.
  19. Well here you go https://x.com/ustadium/status/1702455194900963666?s=46&t=MlZqQ72jOicGxFUY54ofpA

    Tyson Kozak

The fact that he’s only 20 does give him some room for growth. Maybe we’ll see that this year even if the Amerks are loaded. (They are)
  21. Internal punishment? I think I’ve seen that movie.
  22. Did they fire Maddy Glab for the Diggs thing?
  23. So I can’t get away from people on the interwebs professing their love for Tyson Kozak. First, I love the kids name. Full on hockey name there. Second, I appreciate his role for the Amerks. He does a lot of stuff the high end skill guys don’t and coaches notice that. That’s kinda where it ends for me with Kozak. He’s been compared to Mike Peca and Paul Gaustad. Uh…he isn’t in the same stratosphere as those guys. Peca was a PPG player in the AHL and one of the most ferocious hitters of his era. Goose was a 6’5” behemoth that was a .54 AHL PPG player that dominated the faceoff dot and played exception D. Kozak was a .18 PPG AHL player that occasionally fights and gets involved in after the whistle skirmishes. Someone please tell me what I’m missing.
