  2. I have a gig, but still may be able to catch the third. Despite the win last night, these Cali games have been a bit dull, which is surprising as I thought the West would bring the flavah.
  3. So, my wife says the flour in Europe is treated and processed differently. People who require gluten free flour here don't need to worry about it there. No idea if it affects cooking, though.

  6. Oh, my wife has made these. Not a huge fan because of the egg-i-ness. And, FWIW, there is some crazy difference in European flour than ours. If my wife were awake, I could ask. Something to do with the gluten.
