    GDT SLT

Have we not been losing for the last decade? Do we see the correlation? I propose something off the wall - surreal GDT titles. For example: Pepper jack my FaCe streets molten space tonight upon the Moon's rise in not Christoper Now that would be different. And maybe the winning formula!
  2. This is such a circular narrative at this point. Sure, Jack needs to make up his mind quicker, but the rest of his unit needs to give him something to make up his mind about. He's effectively left to choose which garbage play is the best garbage play. And then folks will be here complaining that Jack's choice screwed up the PP.

    GDT SLT

Okay, so picking up from today's GDT, has anyone analyzed the winning formula? If we're going to institute a template, then it should be based on a winning format, no?
  4. Can you quantify this claim? Maybe this is the "new" formula for a winning GDT.
  5. Why should he/she? People are responding. He/she is getting attention. That's the goal, not building relationships.
  6. Crazy, isn't it, that despite the ups and downs this year, we're all (fundamentally) still engaged.
  7. This is how it looks, for sure, but the question remains on why they're playing this way. Is it everyone else not named Eichel not willing/able to make the PP work, is it all of them, or are they being coached to play it this way? Has any one who enjoys the stats broken down the success and failure rates of each player who plays on a PP unit and the most successful combinations? I would be curious to see if they have been deviating from an obviously successful formula.
  8. Oo..oo! Can I take a stab at the appropriate response?? ...ahem... Then what are you doing commenting on Mitts and whether he should be in the AHL? ...thank you! THANK YOU!
  9. Is it Jack being indecisive or the rest of the unit giving him little to work with? I can't say Jack looks indecisive in other areas of the game.
  10. And the fact that it's "not real hockey".
  11. He's such a good boy.
  12. You might want to consider a therapist instead of using this board as a means to work through whatever personal crisis it is you're experiencing.
  13. No. I can live without the tracker. Just trying the find the positives if we have to accept it.
  14. The one thing I do like about the puck tracker is you can see how close the shot was to the net and which direction it came at the net/goalie.
  15. Yeah, you must have a different feed. I'm watching NBCSN and there was no Eichel mic.
  16. Fun. Nice to see Eichel making some excellent feeds to the front of the net.
  17. Jeez...sick goal, Stamkos.
  18. Crosby looks like Malkin there. Weird. Mmmm...not sure I like the video-game-i-zation of the feed.
  19. Here's something you don't see every day...
  20. And nobody orders the white wine with their filet mignon. WTF. I wanted to see more Skinner and Eichel. Period. End of line, end of thought. I don't give a rat's doodoowada about the rules, format, whatever. Thank you. Have a nice day. I was set to add the Sabres update for today's events...here. 3x3 hockey is not regulation hockey, so these games mean nothing. Camus would be proud.
  21. Yes, he stood out. CJ Smith stood out. When I saw Nylander, I thought he looked engaged - not sure if it was his teammates not able to stay with him or if he simply wasn't able to make work what he was trying to do, but he did have energy. I thought some of the D wasn't bad. I have no experience with the AHL to measure against, but it looked like we have some players who could be useful in the NHL.
