I don't think some bills fans understand how good Samuel is guy Has been brought down by ***** quarterback all his career .

If You guys add worthy The bills will probably be the fastest team in the league.

Side note: draft Worthy because the chiefs will

I admit I’ve only seen him a few times in his college career, but I’ve never been seduced by blazing 40 times in shorts unless he checks every other box. From the scouting reports I’ve read, he only checks the speed box, so color me leery that McBeane are overly impressed.

  2. There is simply ZERO point to bringing up “the kids.” Zip, nada, zilch. They can’t gain anything meaningful playing meaningless games on a team of guys who have mailed it in and are just riding out the stretch at this point. If anything, it’s a reason NOT to bring them up.

Also worth noting, no one is exactly breaking down the door pushing themselves into the lineup.  Kulich and Rosen have been MIA the last half of the season, Neuchev and Novikov are in the next group and may be closer to Buffalo than the aforementioned.

Kulich actually looks like he’s regressed; not impressive at all. He looks slower, weaker, less in command on the ice. Perhaps it’s lingering effects from whatever injury he sustained earlier, but he’s not the same player.

Club Seat PSL's at the new stadium - Reality Check

Several fans who were some of the first to tour the new Stadium Experience Center and asked not to be identified, along with others posting on social media, have said they were presented with prices between $15,000 to $50,000 per seat for PSLs in the club sections.

Wow. Current stadium has 15 rows of Club Seats. I sat in the Kelly Club in Row 15 at around the 5-10 yard line near the tunnel side for 19 years. Those seats went for about 2K a season at the end. Family had seasons in the lower bowl since year 1 (1960) and my first game was 1965. Switched to Club seats in 1998. I retired from work in 2017 and retired my tickets right after. Did my part financially supporting the team and like watching games at home now. Partially disabled but I move around OK.  Always had a partial Sabres season also, shared with other family members. About 10-12 games a year. Retired that ticket a few years back.

Good luck to the fans that can afford that upfront charge. Catching up with the rest of the NFL, I guess. That's a lot of cash.

BTW - Our old football seats at the Rockpile were 20 rows up on the 45 yard line and cost $5 a game. When Rich stadium opened in 1973, The went up to $7 a game. Outrageous !  Our first row Blue hockey tickets at the old Aud right near center ice were $10 for many years. Inflation !

    LOL

Sure is a different world. From $5 a seat and bring your own beer to $50K for a PSL and catered food and drink. And there’s just no putting that genie back in the bottle.

Was this because of the non-blocking approach? Kulich and Rosen are 19 and 20, respectively, this season. The Sabres have had so many top picks and rushed prospects that we are accustomed to it. There's nothing wrong with them filling out a bit as adults and showing up more ready to go at 20-21, even 22. They'll both see some NHL time next season in Buffalo or elsewhere.

The age-related coincidence is that this season 18 year-old Benson is the one who blocked them.

I agree both Kulich and Rosen should keep cooking in the A until they’re ready and they are not ready in the least. I have to disagree that Benson blocked them or anyone else this season. They blocked themselves because they couldn’t outplay Benson in camp. Same goes for Rousek, Biro, and any other forward currently behind him on the depth chart.

We had 74 points last year after 71 games, this year we have 71.

We also won 8 of our last 11 last year, so

I appreciate the perspective, but it just seems we are just so much worse than last season. That’s what happens under the weight of raised expectations when players just can’t handle it. Raised expectations should fuel a team though. Remember the syrupy letter to the fans by Okposo before the season. The one where he said the guys are embracing the pressure? It’s laughable now.

    You're being very childish.

The subject of the sentence you are quoting is Meatballs. You're taking a specific reference and arbitrarily broadening it to create a strawman.

You should really just let this go. If I'm in the wrong it will reflect on me. However, whatever little victory you're trying to gain is making you look like a 12-year-old school hooligan.

    Wrong thread you are in.

You just can’t do it, can you? Instead you’re the victim of “bullying” and “hooliganism” and have to resort to insults as a defense mechanism.

You are in the wrong and it does reflect on you. A little humility might help in the future.

I will now “just let this go.”

Why would I do that? I never made that claim. You're just following a rabid few here who put their knee-jerk reaction ahead of reason and are now trying to bully me into justifying incompetent reading and thinking.

A cop once pulled me over and tried to get me to admit I wasn't wearing my seat belt when in fact I was. I just unbuckled it to reach into the glove box and retrieve my registration in an effort to be a nice, compliant citizen.  What he really pulled me over for, which he'd never admit, was prior to that I didn't let him go through a four way stop first even though he clearly stopped after I did.

Sure sounds like you made that claim:

    Quote

Meatballs will never understand what it takes to compete at the NHL or even AHL level because he's never experienced it.

But yeah, let’s qualify that stand alone sentence with another stand alone sentence, from a different paragraph entirely, just to avoid having to admit that you didn’t say something in the first place. It would have been easier just to apologize for not making yourself clear in the first place.

Is there a Latin phrase for “intellectual dishonesty?”

You're speaking about Granato and stressing that he's patently unqualified because he's never played in the NHL.  The greatest coach in history never played in the NHL.  Just admit that not playing in the NHL is not a disqualification as a coach.

    Something… something…MILQUETOAST!
