I’ve been around and lit a million campfires. I don’t know what it is, but every time I start a fire in my own home, and by that, I mean, inside my own home, I get a little extra charge out of it. I will never own a home without a fireplace. And no, flipping a switch for a natural gas fire does not count.

He’s right, though. Our problem is and has been goal scoring. Not the defense. Not Liger’s unhealthy hatred of Risto. Not goaltending. Scoring goals. We have sucked at it. That has been addressed. We will make the playoffs,... assuming there, um, is playoffs.

I believe that legitimizing Trump has been a problem for this country since he first said he was running over four years ago. It's no wonder that New Yorkers didn't fall for it. They've figured out this shyster long ago. Truth doesn't matter to him. I really hope we can recover from him. I'v never thought that about any president in the past.

My wife talked to one of her friends who's husband is a healthcare worker in Bergen county. During the summer, when things were really bad here, she said that sometimes he would come home, sit at the kitchen table, and just start sobbing. She also said that he said the numbers they are seeing are starting to look like that again. I know enough people who have been effected by this to hope that anyone who is flip about it, is because where they live hasn't been (and hopefully won't be) affected.
