Actually, one way we are "vastly improved" is that I really like having Tuch and Krebs on the team instead of Jack. There is something to be said about actually liking your team.

I so want this to be true. As Randall pointed out in the March thread, though, I'll be tempering my enthusiasm until I see how the rest of this month plays out. To say nothing on how it'll translate to next season.

That's fine. I don't know about the whole culture thing. I'm not sure it even matters, other than to the fan's who liked beating Jack and a pretty bad TO team.

Recency bias. Sure. Everything's great. We're waaaaay better and on our way to the playoffs next year.

Am i the only one who liked it? I relished every ounce of their pain and thought it made the day that much more enjoyable. I think Ian and Anson are really good, but those two guys on the outside are just drips. They have the personality of a shrub. I found that way more unwatchable than their homerism.

I always find it hilarious when people are surprised or complain when they don’t get what they didn’t pay for. It is ridiculously easy to watch the NHL and has been for 15+ years. I live in the NYC area and haven’t missed a game in 20 years. When i don’t get the games i don’t pay for, i go to my buddy’s house who does.

Wonder what ten dollar prop bet for Eakin to get a hat trick would pay out.

I don’t blame him for wanting out after 7 years. Especially if it’s the same guy pulling the strings. And we’ll see if we’re finally doing it right. Just because everyone seems to think so right now doesn’t mean its true. We’ve been sold hope for long time.
