I thought there was a lot of talk about that at the beginning of the season, and that it does. As to the “trap game”, I think the only trap was that of this five game stretch, we got sucked into believing that last night was the only one they were going to win.

Unfortunately, it is not only a one game sample at this point. Possession is not control (teehee). Especially if the other team is letting it happen because it is not dangerous to them.

We only outshot them 33 to 24. Not exactly a shooting gallery. And we were down 2 in the third, so that kinda makes even more sense. Bottom line, the Sabres didn’t deserve to win that game,… and they didn’t. And I don’t ever need to hear about luck ever again.

When did the Sabres ever control that game? When their forwards were swallowed up the the D of Arizona and they were held to the outside and couldn’t get any dangerous chances. At any point in that game, did you really ever feel like they were going to score and win? I never did. Every pass was contested,… again, and they telegraphed everything. Luck is the mating call of the loser. And I don’t take losses hard, I was fine with the Florida, Carolina, and Tampa losses. They looked like they were trying in those. They looked bad tonight. I take bad losses hard. I hope they do too.

No way. Not until we are knocked out of the playoffs.😂
