  1. Bumping this back up because of my post in the Complaint thread. It took Nationwide 3 weeks to switch my local office and after all of that they couldn't find ANY way to reduce my rates that didn't consist of me adding renters insurance (which I don't need) to my policy. I want to be under $100/mo for coverage on my '14 Impala and they simply cannot get me there. So I guess I'm switching to Geico? I don't know, Nationwide didn't seem to be able to make an argument for why I should stay with them and pay the rate I'm paying.
  2. It took Nationwide 3 weeks to switch my local office from Rochester to Buffalo, and then when I talk to them today they literally can't do ANYTHING for me to lower my rate except try to get me to take out a renters insurance policy that I don't need. I've been with Nationwide since day 1, over a decade, and they can't do ANYTHING to get my rate down below $100/mo. Unreal.
  3. Getting TT going? What the f does that mean? You think Tyrod is suddenly gonna be Mike Vick because he got his peepee slapped? Ain't this all some sh*t. Y'all are lost.
  4. This is the only other reason you play Peterman right now: You don't believe this team can make the playoffs anyway so you're willing to throw this game against LA (and possibly your playoff chances) away just to see if Peterman is any good at all. Which is also bananas in a year where the AFC is terrible.
  5. Because there is no other reason to play Peterman in this game right now. Every game matters. If this were a choice between Tyrod and really promising rookie QB then I could see it. But putting Peterman in right now based on pretty much nothing is saying that they really do think he's THE guy. This isn't an experiment to see IF Peterman is better than Tyrod, this is 100% support that he IS better than Tyrod. Or else there is no reason to play him right now.
  6. Right. The timing is extremely risky. They're basically saying that they think a rookie 5th rounder is THE guy that will get them to the playoffs. They're not saying Tyrod can't do it, they're saying Peterman will. It's bananas.
  7. Amerks have Kyle listed at Center. Can anyone confirm that's what he's actually been playing down there?
  8. This is why you aren't going to see Botterill do anything to upset this success. He's not going to drag every good player up to Buffalo for nothing, he's not going to bury Matt Moulson in Rochester where he'll just be mopey. He's going to leave the Amerks alone and let them try to have a good season.
  9. An easy canary in the coal mine is if they like to quote Big Bang Theory. Dead giveaway.
  10. Yeah. I thought his injury was actually his groin though, the way he was slow to get back to his feet. So who knows.
  11. Peterman is gonna get sacked endlessly because our O-Line is bad, and the rest of his throws are gonna be floaters out of bounds or interceptions. Dude has no arm. Tyrod, for all his faults, can at least put some mustard on the ball and get it into tight areas. Peterman can't do that. He might be able to read the play better and stand in the pocket, but he won't be able to actually make the throws he can see. I'd rather have Kyle Orton come out of retirement.
  12. The wheels are just becoming more square than circle.
  13. I would assume so. I don't think Lehner should have finished that game last night.
  14. Speaking of plumbers, I thought Pouliot played a helluva hard-hat game last night. He was in all the dirty areas all night long giving the Pens fits.
  15. The only thing I can think is that Tyrod was literally not doing what Dennison was asking him to do. That's the only thing I can come up with.
  16. New nail is probably growing underneath and will eventually just pop the old one off.
