I'm tempted to see what I could get for Tuch and Thompson. Give me more guys like Doan over Tuch who disappears for stretches and Thompson who doesn't do much unless he's putting the puck in the net.

Disappointing effort. Couldn’t capitalize on Zucker’s early goal. Penalties hurt us throughout and the failed Challenge was too much too early. Our D was dismal. Power’s play was pathetic. Never played with our speed. Didn’t shoot enough. Wasted our PP chances. In the end we quit. No character from our vets and leaders, imo.

Wow, they looked really bad tonight. Pretty weird. Twice the puck was near the blue line and two Sabres were near enough to get it but hade their backs to it. Philly kept it in and scored on one. WTF?! It may have happened more but I barely watched. What little I saw didn’t inspire me to keep watching.
