Between this year and last year, this will likely be the 28th game where he had a save% under .900. Almost half of his games. And some of those games are in the low .800s and .700s. You can't win with a goalie that half of his starts (or more) he allows more than 10% of the shots to be goals. (and lets i a LOT of easy goals where sees the shot, is set, facing the shooter and still gets beat alot)

The Blues are seeing this. They might offer a can of Mr. Pibb.

You’ve answered your own question. The Sabres are not really a potential playoff team. They lose these games fairly routinely unfortunately.

And to think it was St. Louis who played last night and then traveled to Buffalo. The Sabres look slow and disinterested.
