So here it is: Chris Drury - Traded for July 03,2003 (Ballard & Warrener) Darcy is the man! To see what he gave up through trades and the drafts he had, it's almost obsurd. Actually, I think it was Ballard to Colorado for Reinprecht. Then it was Warrener and Reinprecht to Calgary for our man Drury. Either way, it cost us Ballard and Warrener to get Drury. What a deal! Either way, it cost us Ballard and Warrener to get Drury. What a deal! I'd love to still have Ballard on this team, but I'd still make that deal without a moment's hesitation. Oh, and this will take a lot more work than I'm willing to do, but I wonder how many of the picks we used to draft some of those guys were picked up in trades. Or, it makes me giggle more like a school girl than normal, anyway. No doubt! I like having the Smooth-skating German on the Sabres. agreed - i think the stability of jochen's all-around game is critical to the team's success.
