I am interested I’m not sure what his injury is but the Sabres are smart in handling it with caution. It’s a long and grinding. As like you, I’m anxious to see him play. I’m hoping that he can be a suitable partner for Power. 2 Quote

This is a very fair question and it’s reasonable to keep the best D first pair together since it’s working. The reason I reworked the pairs was to help Dahlin and Power defensively. Both have struggled so far this season in our zone (not a surprise w Power, but shocking with Dahlin) and I wanted to get them someone to help defensively. 1 Quote

Not flashy but consistently solid. I expect more offensive production from Kesserling than from Timmons. I don't know what to expect out of Kesselring. I'm hopeful though. I don't actually want offensive production from him (that would be bonus) I'm hoping for stable D with some snarl. A tougher version of Samuelsson would make me very happy. Quote

That's fair but I also want Power going so for now I'd leave Dahlin Byram together but maybe reduce their defensive match ups and even out the ice time. I think one of the issues is Dahlin is played with the top line more and Kulich and Thompson aren't great defensively. Quote

If Kesserling plays like Samuelsson is currently playing, I would be ecstatic. 1 Quote
