Who is your guy? Rating the young Sabre forwards

Didn't really like the poll questions, because 1. like @Randall Flagg said, there's a pretty wide distribution of where these guys will land when they're finally done developing and 2. don't know enough about the Russians (nor Östlund) to have any more than a guess about them.  So that 3rd question was really just looking at 3 of the players.

It’s kinda odd. The poll results have Kulich as only the third most likely to become a star, but ranks two players as less likely to become stars in the following question 

Anyway I had Quinn Kulich and Östlund

And probably would've picked somebody else as least likely to be a star without having watched Savoie's 2 game stint as an Amerk.  There's a definite recency bias working there but wasn't sure how to properly discount it, so stuck with it.

I am surprised by Kulich’s showing. I was thinking he was Sabrespace’s current “it girl”.

No surprise.  Most of us have seen Quinn for a full season in the NHL but have been limited to highlights of Kulich in the AHL or prior.
