The Dallas Renegades played their 2020 season in the old Texas Rangers ballpark (still a nice facility) which is MLB capacity.  If I recall they were drawing crowds upwards of 10,000.  The league took 2021 off but is set to restart in 2022.  Not sure if the Renegades will play there again or will go elsewhere.

My money would be on the USFL; bubble city in Alabama, looking to have the city of Birmingham pay all lodging costs, Fox Sports is a partial owner. Focusing on ratings first and attendance a distant second is smart. Keep the overhead low. I don’t think the XFL has a chance.
