Not as skilled, more intense - people say Kopitar a lot, but I prefer the mini-Jagr parallel.

He uses that big ass to shield the puck then dish it off to open guys.

I don't think defence is his strong suit, but he seems to have a good head on his shoulders - not a whiny prima Donna, or a softy.

Jagr and Forseburg in their prime were as good as it got with that. I can't see calling a guy Jagr unless he is THE GOODS. People have seen him play for 3 decades, so they forget that 4 or 5 year span where he carried Mario.

No....that the Employee of East Resources is on the stage when the Sabres' first pick is selected. 3-1 on a tweeted picture with his arm around the pick within 96 hours.....

 

They could keep him out of the trade deadline picture in the war-room, but you can't keep JoBa from getting his dewhook into Bennett on that stage.....

 

 

I may have lost a bet on Bennett....but luckily nobody took on this one.... (PS, only Lil' JoeBa made it on stage)
