LabattBlue Posted April 9, 2010 Report Share Posted April 9, 2010 Picture yourself as a columnist in a sports city that has a football team that has been in the bottom 5 of NFL franchises for the last decade and a hockey team that has missed the playoffs 5 out of the last 7 years prior to the start of this season. It's a columnists job to be opinionated. Does anyone really expect him or any other sports columnist at the News to churn out fluff pieces on these teams 3 or 4 times a week? blugold43 Posted April 11, 2010 Report Share Posted April 11, 2010 ^^^^^^^^^^^ Missed the point. no he hit it dead on....people complaining about all the "negativity" don't seem to understand what he's stuck writing about! i, for one, am glad he doesn't blow smoke up peoples' ######. the bills are disgusting and darcy's not much better. i'm happy someone has the balls to write about it.
