He's still strong and will punish anyone in front of the net and will stick up for teammates. I think he may be a real good fit in Chicago. McCarty was 35 when he started his "comeback" after being out of hockey for all of around six months. From what I can tell online, Lemieux hasn't played anything near a professional level since before the lockout (03-03, when lasted all of seven games with a Swiss team.) evil_otto Posted September 25, 2008 Report Share Posted September 25, 2008 Forgot what the show is called, where former pro sports atheletes take on average joes in different kinds of competitions. One of them was to get around Claude Lemieux and put the puck in the net. Lemieux looked old but he was still schooling all of the contestants pretty good.
