frisky Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 Similar thing happened back in the '90's when I was living in DC on the Capital Beltway one evening. Except the truck stayed on it's side and didn't go over to the other side. It did catch fire/blow up. They closed it down and had the Medivac's come in and take people away. Only 5 weeks till the next GDT... The video was awful. I wish there was some English commentary as to what allowed that to happen.
