I'd like to have a buck for every time we have been turned backwards or passed backwards breaking out of our zone.

Given how few RHD's we have and assuming his cost is reasonable, I'd bring him back for another year. Personally, I liked him best when he was paired with Dahlin (I actually prefer Pysyk with Dahlin vs. Joki).

Maybe a little like how Risto was used in the PP before?

I hope so, for some reason I like him and he seems willing to go to the dirty areas on the ice to make a difference. I like having some size in the lineup to challenge the opposing team's defense (just like our opponents seem to have no trouble out-muscling our defense). He seems to be developing at the NHL level. I would favor keeping him vs. the more expensive players like Bjork or Eakin.

Rob is confusing Tuch with Bjork and DD is going along with him.

Ah....now that could really be outstanding if years from now Rosen's game could resemble Barzal! Thanks...it's all to easy to get one's hopes up for a player's potential, but I was just looking for some previous examples to help me understand better that lack of size at age 18 does not rule out an elite career.

Thanks. Marner came to mind, but then again I think he was considered top 5 in his draft. I was thinking Keller was on a lot of people's radar as well as a possible top 10. I was not thinking of Rosen as a top 10 like some of the names above, but maybe the Giroux or Briere comparisons would give me some hope for the future. I also like Ehlers.

Based on your vast knowledge of previous drafts, can you think of other draftee examples who had similar talent & physically immature who later blossomed into top 6 forwards? Not Buffalo picks, but any team? I am hoping that Rosen will develop, but just curious if you think his potential resembles anybody who later found success in the NHL? Thanks.
